How we'll use your information
Application forms and during your work
We’ll use the information you provide on an application form, and during the course of the work, to provide the service you’ve requested.
This could include: contacting you to discuss your application/work; visiting the site where work needs to be carried out; and invoicing you when appropriate. Some of our services are carried out by our partner organisations. Where this is the case we may transfer your personal data to them to allow them to complete the work.
Your feedback is important to us, so we may also use the information in our legitimate interests to ask for your feedback on how we can improve our performance (by phone or email). We’re also required to share details with our regulator Ofwat, and its authorised agents, to enable them to conduct customer feedback surveys about our performance.
Business relationships
We’ll use the contact details of business-to-business customers and contacts we work with to keep in touch and maintain strong working relationships.
We’re always striving to improve our services and may also use these contact details in our legitimate interest to request feedback. This includes contacting you by phone or email, and inviting you to events to discuss our services and your experience of them. We’re also required to share details with our regulator Ofwat, and its authorised agents, to enable them to conduct customer feedback surveys about our performance.
If you work for a business and don’t wish to be the point of contact for your company, please email us.
You can also read our privacy policy to understand how we use and protect your data.
