Navigation
To make it easy finding your way around the site we have ensured that the navigation options are always displayed on screen and that our home page is always accessible via the house icon to the left of the navigation.
When navigating through the website:
- You can tell where you are in the site by looking at the navigation on the top of the screen and down the left hand side. There is also a 'breadcrumb trail' which looks like this (depending which page you are on): 'Home > Your home > Water meters > How to read your meter' which shows you the route you have taken through the site and enables you to back-track.
- You can move around, as well as up and down through the site, by clicking the navigation on the top bars or those down the left hand side. The left hand side navigation will expand and contract to show what is available. It will open to a maximum of four levels. The top bar navigation will expand when you hover your mouse over it.
- You can go back to the top level of the site by clicking one of the seven options on the bar across the top of the screen
- The Search facility is available on every page
