E-billing - view, track and store your bill online

We offer a bill management service that enables you to view, track and store your Thames Water bill from within a secure online environment.

The bill management service is provided by 'MyBillsOnline', a service set up by some of the UK's leading banks, which offers a central point to store and view many of your household bills and statements online.

How to register for e-billing


 Visit the MyBillsOnline website

When registering, please be sure to have the following details to hand:

Once registered, click the 'Add billing account' button on the Billing accounts page, and then select 'Thames Water' from the drop-down list. You will receive an email notification when your new bill is available.

When you register, you will not see bills dated before you signed up, but you will see bills produced after the date you registered.
