Pay your bill by phone

You can pay your bill in full or by agreed instalment over the phone using our automated service, which is available 24 hours a day.

Call 0845 9200 888 and have your ten-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill) and debit or credit card to hand.

Lines are open weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm (Minicom or Typetalk: 0845 7200 898).

You will be given a unique reference number to confirm your payment.
