Using a dialysis machine at home

We maintain a high priority list of customers who use a dialysis machine at home.

If you are on our home dialysis priority list, we give you longer notification period when your water supply is interrupted due to any planned work.

During emergencies you will also receive additional support and advice.

If a member of your household uses a dialysis machine at home and you have not yet informed us, please call us on 0845 641 0068. Lines are open weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm (Minicom or Typetalk: 0845 7200 898).
