The Press Office handles all media enquiries on behalf of Thames Water and its employees.
Our office hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and we operate a 24-hour emergency service for urgent media calls that cannot wait until the next working day. You will be directed to the Duty Press Officer by dialling any of the numbers shown below.Please note the Press Office only deals with enquiries from members of the media.
