Consultations

Understanding the expectations of our customers, employees and other stakeholders is very important to us.

We aim to ensure their priorities are accounted for in our decision-making, and are committed to consultation activities that help us achieve this.

After each consultation we summarise what our respondents tell us, and explain how their views have been considered in our planning.

Our consultations aim to:

  • Keep our customers and other stakeholders informed of our future plans
  • Understand and try to reflect their priorities in our plans

More information about specific consultations is available below.

Water Resources Management Plan

Managing sludge: our 25-year strategy
Our Sludge Strategy considers options for the management of sewage sludge in our region over the next 25 years.
Taking care of water
In 2007 we held an independently facilitated public consultation. The results of this consultation fed into the final version of 'Taking care of water', our 25-year plan for a sustainable future - our strategic direction statement, published in December 2007.
