Register to view and pay your bill through your online banking service
If you bank with Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest, you can sign-up for a bill management service, which allows you to track and pay your Thames Water bill from the secure environment of your online banking service.
The service is offered by MyBillsOnline, a bill management service setup by some of the UK's leading banks. And it's not just your Thames Water bill you can view and pay online; the service offers you a central point to manage many other household bills and statements online. When registering, please be sure to have the following details to hand:
- Your ten-digit Thames Water account number (printed at the top of your bill
) - The full address of the property concerned
