You can manage an account on behalf of a vulnerable family member or friend. If you're already named as an authorised representative on their account, you can set up an online account on their behalf. If they haven't set up an account yet or you’re not named as an authorised representative on the account, they'll need to call us on 0800 980 8800.

Using our water supply without an account
