CON29DW Residential search for conveyancers

Get a report for a commercial property or land, which provides information about water and sewerage services, trade effluent, wayleaves and easements.
Asset location search
If developing or extending a property, an asset location search will provide information and maps showing the size and location of clean water and sewerage assets close to the development (where available).

If developing a property, this search is recommended to check if there's been sewer flooding at a specific address or in a specific area.
