CON29DW Residential search for conveyancers
Recommended by the Law Society, this report gives key information about water and sewerage services to those involved in the conveyancing process.
CON29DW Commercial search for conveyancers
Get a report for a commercial property or land, which provides information about water and sewerage services, trade effluent, wayleaves and easements.
Asset location search
If developing or extending a property, an asset location search will provide information and maps showing the size and location of known Thames Water sewerage and/or clean water assets close to the development.
There may be lateral drains and/or public sewers which are not recorded on the public sewer map but which may prevent or restrict development of the property.
Sewer flooding history
If developing a property, this search is recommended to check if there’s been internal sewer flooding at a specific address or area, due to overloaded public sewers.
